The play tells the story of the mysterious emergence of a treasure scroll in the Ghost Valley tomb, leading the states of Qi and Chu to compete for the treasure. Both sides suffer heavy casualties. Mo's master, Mo Xin, receives a letter from Mu Yuan and rushes to the Ghost Valley tomb with his senior brother Gong Shuo Ye and junior sister A Bao, hoping to end the war. They face numerous challenges and manage to break the schemes of the old thief of Ghost Valley, only to encounter an even greater crisis. Ultimately, the story depicts how Mo Xin and his companions work together to resolve the crisis.
