After being released from prison, the former underworld figure Nine-Patterned Dragon (played by Ekin Cheng) works as a waiter at "Kowloon Ice Room," determined to lead a simple life. Unexpectedly, a 6-year-old boy appears, calling him "dad." It turns out that years ago, he went to Thailand to carry out a killing mission.
