A young woman named Lucy, forced by her wicked boyfriend to deliver goods, encounters the ruthless gang leader Mr. Zhang. She, along with three men, has a mysterious drug codenamed CPH4 sewn into her abdomen by Mr. Zhang's gang in order to smuggle it into different countries. During a stopover in Taipei, Lucy is brutally beaten by the man, causing the drug to burst and enter her bloodstream. To her astonishment, incredible things begin to happen as the drug awakens approximately 90% of her brain's neurons. With her body rapidly evolving, Lucy gains what people refer to as superpowers. She comes to understand the immense power of CPH4 and makes it her mission to prevent the other three bags of the drug from falling into Mr. Zhang's hands.
