Recently, the nuclear submarines of the UK and the Soviet Union mysteriously disappeared one after another! This phenomenon has drawn high attention from the British military, and it’s time for the legendary secret agent 007, played by Roger Moore, to make his appearance. After an investigation, Bond discovers that the mastermind behind this is actually the shipping tycoon Steinberg, a world-rich individual who has built an underwater city to fulfill his ambition of conquering the world. Steinberg has hired scientists at high salaries to develop a submarine tracking system to take control of the British and Soviet nuclear-powered submarines. He plans to use nuclear missiles to destroy New York and Moscow, aiming to wipe out two superpowers at once. 007 is about to enter the underwater city to stop this madman's crazy plan.
