Synopsis

In 1995, Colonel Tevis (played by Steven Seagal) led a rescue operation for the Anti-Terrorism Special Operations Group, but it ended in failure... Three months later, intelligence adviser David (played by Kurt Russell) received news that the leader of the terrorist organization, Abu Ya'far, had been captured and would be extradited to the United States. Ten days later, a 747 passenger plane flying from Athens to Washington was hijacked by Abu Ya'far's deputy, Antar, who demanded the U.S. government release Abu Ya'far. David was tasked with resolving the crisis; he pointed out that the terrorists intended to use a gas bomb to attack the U.S. mainland, so the plane could not be allowed to enter. At the same meeting, Tevis proposed a bold plan: he would lead the Anti-Terrorism Special Operations Group to attack from the air.
