Young girl Annabelle (played by Erin Kelly), after being expelled from two schools, is sent by her senator father to continue her studies at a Catholic boarding school. Annabelle soon begins a new campus life with three roommates, each with distinct personalities. The school's poetry teacher, Simone (played by Diane Gaidry), is in charge of managing their dormitory. Simone is a woman who is extremely caring towards her students in her work and strictly adheres to religious and social morals in her private life. However, Annabelle, who does not play by the rules and openly disdains authority, proves to be a major headache for her. Simone even considers giving up and applying to have Annabelle moved to another dorm, but soon discovers Annabelle's unique maturity and emotional depth, deciding instead to guide her patiently. Unexpectedly, as the two spend more time together, Annabelle gradually falls in love with Simone, but the strictures of Catholic doctrine cast thorns upon this innocent affection. Will love be able to soar over the barriers?
