 Synopsis
A Tai (played by Jackie Chan) has dreamed of being a free-spirited sailor since childhood. Unfortunately, his brother Dudu (played by Sammo Hung) has a natural intellectual disability. Since he has been taking care of Dudu from a young age, A Tai has never fulfilled his dream and has become an ordinary police officer. However, A Tai is not happy at the police station; his free-spirited nature makes him very unpopular with his superiors. Finally, after a confrontation with his boss, A Tai angrily resigns and decides to become a sailor. Seeing A Tai resign, Dudu thinks his brother is about to abandon him and starts to try to become self-sufficient. One day, while playing games with a neighbor's child, he accidentally finds jewelry left by robbers. The neighbor's child's greedy brother pushes Dudu down the hill and steals the jewelry. However, at that moment the robber returns and kills him. A Tai rushes to the scene upon hearing the news and, after a fight, kills the robber and saves Dudu from the edge of the hill. However, A Tai cannot escape the consequences of having killed someone and faces imprisonment...
