Lydia (played by Lisa Kudrow) and Paul (played by Ray Romano) decide to say goodbye to their empty home and start a new life. They put their 1920s Spanish-style villa on the market, a beautiful home located in one of Los Angeles's most desirable neighborhoods, sparking a real estate frenzy. Multiple families compete to buy what they believe to be their dream home, convinced that it can solve their radically different problems. Lydia and Paul, however, are well aware that sometimes your dream home can turn into a real nightmare. As Paul and Lydia struggle to conceal the dark and dangerous secrets hidden in the house they have lived in for so long, they gradually realize that the only way to escape the past is to face it bravely.
