Pride and Prejudice is the representative work of Jane Austen. This work has been adapted into films many times, and this version was produced by the British BBC company in 1995. In the 18th century countryside of England, the Bennet family has five daughters, and Mrs. Bennet is always anxious, with her greatest wish being to marry off her daughters one by one. One day, the news arrives that a young wealthy gentleman, Mr. Bingley, has moved into the neighborhood, which excites Mrs. Bennet, hoping that her eldest daughter Jane can win Mr. Bingley's favor. At the ball, Bingley indeed takes a liking to the most beautiful Miss Bennet.
