In a small town, as the residents are joyfully celebrating a carnival, suddenly some unknown objects invade the entire town. All residents fall into a coma, and a series of mysterious events occur to the townspeople. Surprisingly, during this time, ten women in the town become pregnant at the same time, and the babies born are all embodiments of murderous and violent evil.
