This is a silent and cold future city, a "dead city" devoid of love and compassion. Everything must follow the "logic" ruled by a supercomputer named "Alpha 60"; any violators are executed. The people living here have blank expressions, their thoughts strictly controlled, having lost all the emotions that humanity should possess: joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness. From another world, the spy Lemmy Caution (played by Eddie Constantine) begins his exploration of Alpha City, with the main aim of bringing back the city's designer, Dr. von Braun (played by Howard Vernon), to his own world. During his visit, he meets Dr. von Braun's daughter, Natasha (played by Anna Karina), and they fall in love. However, Natasha still cannot fully escape the control of "Alpha 60," and Lemmy is arrested and sentenced to death.
