A year ago, the Asian gambling god, Gao Fan, mysteriously disappeared after defeating the four major gambling kings and opened a restaurant to live in seclusion. A year later, a distress letter from his uncle, Xiao Yi, led to the 'Golden Gambling City'. In order to rescue Xiao Yi, Gao Fan and two others arrived at an abandoned city in the Gobi Desert of Mongolia, where they checked into the 'Golden Hotel' and met the proprietress, Shangguan Wan'er.
