 Synopsis
In the 1970s, Kamen Rider 1 and 2 teamed up to defeat the evil organization Shocker, but the mysterious and malevolent Kamen Rider 3 suddenly appeared, overpowering them with his strength, thus altering the course of history. In the 21st century, the people who once lived in an era of peace and freedom suddenly found themselves under Shocker's rule. Kamen Rider's ally, den Kokuto, was reduced to a pawn of Shocker's special forces. Shocker ruthlessly corrupted the pure hearts of children from a young age. Kamen Rider BLACK, Kotaro Minami, would not allow such evil to occur. He single-handedly confronted Shocker, while den Kokuto engaged in repeated battles with him. During the fight, Kotaro's righteous actions and Shocker's vile deeds greatly troubled den Kokuto's conscience. At that moment, the transformer of Kamen Rider 3, Koichi Hikari, suddenly appeared; he is the key person influencing the course of history...
