Tracy, a local prosecutor, and Joan, involved in illegal businesses, were once close cousins. Standing on opposite sides of the law, the two put aside their differences to unite against the collusion of a corrupt government and organized crime when their young cousin Eve was kidnapped. They joined forces to prevent Eve from becoming a victim of human trafficking. Their rescue operation simultaneously struck a blow against the human smuggling group, saving other women who were victims.
