Luo Ye (played by Anthony Wong) is a wealthy man with a fortune, and although he deeply loves his wife Yongqin, she has been frail and ill since childhood, unable to share intimate moments with Luo Ye. After suppressing his desires for a long time, Luo Ye can only vent his feelings in his dreams. One day, he encounters a sorcerer named Shifang (played by Ng Ting-yat), who tells Luo Ye that for a hundred thousand dollars, he can buy a spring dream.
