In a village dominated by feminism, the hot-tempered Bian Qiangshuai (played by Feng Taiwei) is openly despised by the women, all because of his small member. In contrast, his brother Qiangmu is quite popular in the village. Qiangmu feels guilty towards his younger brother, as the two make a living by selling rice cakes, and once, due to his negligence, Qiangmu caused his brother to lose his member. Soon, a woman named Yuese (played by Jin Xinya) arrives in the village. Yuese was kidnapped by the Japanese in her youth; although she is charming, she is not very clear-minded. The lecherous men of the village take pleasure in spying on Yuese every day. Unable to bear the torment of Yuese, Qiangmu marries her and makes her his brother's sister-in-law. One night, Qiangshuai saves an elderly man and a young boy. Out of gratitude, the old man reveals to Qiangshuai the secret of the divine liquor beneath the statue of the 'Great General of the World.' After drinking the liquor, Qiangshuai undergoes a dramatic change in his physical development, drastically altering his life and even the history of the entire world...
