 Synopsis
To combat the increasingly severe crime, the Mainland police, at the request of the Hong Kong government, dispatched three officers - Xiang Dong (played by Xu Jinjian), Jing Sheng (played by Lin Guobin), and Guo Xuejun - to enter Hong Kong Island as illegal immigrants.
