Family Reunion Cantonese

Yan Nanguo (played by Xu Guanyuan) has been separated from her sister A Ping (played by Zheng Yawen), who married and moved to Hong Kong, for many years. Although A Ping often sends money and goods, Yan Nanguo mostly uses it to help the villagers, spending her days jumping and working in the woods, living a carefree life. One day, Yan Nanguo finally decides to travel to Hong Kong to visit her sister and her reportedly wealthy brother-in-law, Huang Jiafan (played by Huang Baoming). However, upon her arrival, she finds the reality quite different; A Ping's family of four is cramped in a small two-bedroom apartment with Huang Jiafan's unmarried younger sister, Huang Jialing (played by Wang Zuxian), who is a flight attendant. Huang Jiafan only supports the family with his job as a shoe store employee. Meanwhile, the Huang family finds Yan Nanguo’s carefree rural demeanor rather uncomfortable, leading to many conflicts under the same roof. Yan Nanguo is introduced to work at the shoe store by Huang Jiafan, but after just one day, she is dismissed by the boss's wife; Jialing's relationship with a wealthy businessman is also inadvertently ruined by Yan Nanguo. Feeling disheartened, Yan Nanguo participates in a prize-winning program and unexpectedly gains an opportunity to go abroad, but unfortunately encounters unforeseen circumstances during the journey…
