It is now 2003, and international weapons inspector Ted Keller (Matthew Gilliam) is working in Iraq at the onset of the U.S. invasion. While investigating an undiscovered weapons cache, he discovers a suspiciously sourced bioweapon, and he quickly realizes that this bioweapon has put his life in danger. Colliding with the ground, his perilous path intersects with that of beautiful congressional aide Eliana Popescu (Lavinia Popolache), who finds herself surrounded by her own dangers. They team up, forced to question everything while trying to stay one step ahead of those who want them silenced.
