The TV series 'Cloud and Moon' is adapted from Ding Mo's eponymous suspense romance novel. It is confirmed to be produced by Tencent Video and tells the love story between a top student mechanic and a suspenseful mystery writer. Plot summary: Wu Yu and Tan Jiao meet on a ship journey and fall in love at first sight. After the trip, both experience varying degrees of memory loss; Wu Yu loses his memory of several days after the trip, while Tan Jiao loses about a year and a half of her memory. Wu Yu is a well-rounded top student with a bright future, but his life undergoes a dramatic change after the trip when his only family, his mother and sister, are murdered. To find out the true culprit, he gives up his promising career to become a car mechanic. Tan Jiao reunites with him when she comes in for car repairs, and thereafter, they meet every half month.
