During the late Song Dynasty, the Mongols wanted to dominate the Central Plains and sent a powerful general to Shaolin Temple to investigate whether it harbored opposing forces. Later, the abbot confirmed that they did not participate in political affairs and the general left. Subsequently, a young man was injured while trying to steal the seal of the Yuan army's strategist and fled to Shaolin Temple to escape pursuit. After that, the Yuan army launched a major manhunt for him. The young man also shaved his head and became a monk.
