For three hundred years, the female demon Wan Niang (played by Wang Xuan), who has been hidden from the human world, runs a mysterious fragrance shop called 'Wenxiang Pavilion' in Luocheng to revive her senior brother. She collects six earthly scents, the most crucial being that of her enemy Fang Mo (played by Xu Bin). This drama is adapted from the novel of the same name by Hai de Wendu.
