Synopsis

Ruan Jizhi (played by Zhang Jiahui) is a somewhat well-known screenwriter in the industry, who has just won the Best Screenwriter Award, with a bright future ahead. In addition to his successful career, he is also doing well in love; his girlfriend Wenwen (played by Che Wanwan) is beautiful, and the two share a strong bond. Just as Ruan Jizhi reaches the pinnacle of his life, a sudden car accident brings him crashing down. He not only loses his job and girlfriend but also a leg. At Ruan Jizhi's lowest point, it is the gentle nurse Cindy (played by Zhu Yin) who stays by his side through thick and thin. Over time, these two very different individuals, in terms of personality and experience, eventually come together. However, the road ahead is far from smooth, as a series of accidents and setbacks lead them to question whether they have made the right choices. In the face of true love, can this pair of lovers make it to the end?
