In the future world, the military developed a drug to enhance the combat capabilities of soldiers, but it backfired, causing a large number of civilians to be affected by the failed experimental drug, resulting in the emergence of a group of bioengineered individuals with unusual physical traits. The military constructed massive isolation facilities and developed the ultimate weapon against bioengineered people. Consequently, a bioengineered organization sent a female warrior, Violet (played by Milla Jovovich), to infiltrate the military and violently seize the ultimate weapon. However, Violet, unable to contain her curiosity, opened the packaging of the ultimate weapon and discovered that it contained a young boy (played by Cameron Bright). The boy possesses a blood antigen that can eliminate bioengineered individuals, and Violet believes that this blood antigen could also revert bioengineered people back to their human forms. Discontent with the organization's brutal methods, she decides to betray them and sets off on a desperate journey to evade the military and the bioengineered organization, accompanied by the boy who calls himself 'Number 6'. However, there lies an even greater secret behind the boy.
