 Synopsis
Drug lord Han Shan (played by Wang Wei) and Qi Ren (played by Liu Zhaoming) arrange a drug deal at the Qinglong Water Park. Police, who received a tip-off, secretly lurk in wait to apprehend the two major gang leaders if the operation succeeds. However, at this critical moment, mysterious figures Qi Yue (played by Lu Liangwei) and Qin Bing (played by Li Saifeng) appear, causing the police's plan to be exposed and the operation to fail. Han Shan suspects that Qi Ren leaked the information and kills him, leading Qi Yue to vow revenge for his father. Zhao Cheng (played by Wu Zhanyu), who was originally Han Shan's subordinate, begins to harbor ambitions of usurpation and forces Han Shan to step down. Hu Jian and Yan Hu (played by Chen Huimin) remain loyal to their leader but meet a tragic end. Before dying, Yan Hu informs the police about the situation in their organization, prompting them to dispatch elite officer Tang Feng (played by Hu Huizhong) to dismantle Zhao Cheng's criminal empire.
