Stripping dancer Cherie (played by Rose McGowan) dances on the pole while crying; she is tired and thinks about escaping such a life, everything is rotten. Meanwhile, an accident occurs during the development of a drug at a nearby military base, releasing a viral gas that turns the surrounding people into zombies, and Cherie's long, hot right leg, which she relies on to survive, is torn off by a zombie. Fortunately, her boyfriend Ray (played by Freddy Rodriguez) is by her side. The hospital is bloodied, and the police are powerless to stop the zombie attack. Ray joins other survivors at a small shop, forming an armed force to engage in a bloody battle against the zombies. Ray even gives Cherie a prosthetic leg, which is actually a powerful weapon that can function as both a machine gun and a mortar. Thus, Cherie becomes a super female warrior hunting zombies.
