 Synopsis
Kate Carter (played by Daisy Edgar-Jones) was once a storm chaser. A traumatic experience with a tornado during her college years left her deeply troubled, and now she studies storm patterns in her office in New York. At the urging of her friend Harvey (played by Anthony Ramos), she returns outdoors to test a groundbreaking new storm chasing system. There, she unexpectedly encounters the charismatic and reckless super influencer Taylor Owens (played by Glen Powell). Taylor leads a team that chases storms while live-streaming their experiences online, getting increasingly excited as the storms become more intense. As storm season arrives, unprecedented and terrifying storms occur frequently. Kate, Taylor, and their team must race against time to survive amidst multiple tornadoes converging.
