The drama is produced by the original team of "Hirugao," directed by Hiroshi Nishitani, with music by Yugo Kanno. It is adapted from the manga of the same name by Haruno Haru. 32-year-old office worker Michi Yoshino (played by Nao) and her husband Yoichi (played by Eita Nagayama) have been married for five years, but have not had a sex life for two years. Yoichi is a coffee shop manager who loves his wife, but feels pressured at crucial moments. Amid their indifferent unease, their marital relationship gradually deteriorates. Genten Iwata and Minami Tanaka play another couple. Makoto Shin'na (played by Genten Iwata) is Michi's boss at work, who is outstanding and has good interpersonal skills. He is rumored to be a devoted husband, and he and his career woman wife, Kaede Shin'na (played by Minami Tanaka), are seen by those around them as an ideal couple, but they hide a hard-to-tell secret. One day, Michi is stood up by Yoichi and finds herself drinking beer alone in the night breeze when she unexpectedly encounters Makoto, and they drink together. In a drunken haze, Michi confesses to Makoto that she and her husband do not have a sex life. After that day, the issues faced by both couples come to light.
