 Synopsis
In a remote mountain area, a monk and a taoist live next door to each other. The monk (played by Wu Ma) is easygoing and cheerful, and he has a lovely female disciple named Jingjing (played by Li Lizhen); the taoist (played by Chen You) is stern and strict, while his disciple Jiale (played by Qian Jiale) is mischievous and playful. The two masters with different personalities frequently argue and compete with their skills, and their two funny apprentices also create a lot of laughs and comedic moments.One day, a strange funeral procession passes through the area. A royal family member from the border dies of corpse poison and turns into a zombie. Daoist Qianhe and the prince escort the coffin to the capital. Along the way, they encounter a heavy rainstorm, and the coffin is struck by lightning, causing the zombie to break out and go on a killing spree. Wu Shilang (played by Yuan Hua) escapes with the prince, but the prince has already been poisoned.
