 Synopsis
In the eyes of Senior Inspector Fang Zheng (played by Andy Hui) from the Major Crimes Unit, the colleagues from other departments who were vying for credit at the celebration party were mostly mediocre. The solving of multiple cases relied heavily on him and his brother subordinate, Aze (played by Ray Lui), who worked tirelessly, which led to his somewhat dictatorial and arrogant behavior. During one operation to catch gangsters, he couldn't wait for the Flying Tiger Team to issue orders, resulting in the deaths of two colleagues in the street and himself being shot and falling into a coma, which lasted two years in the hospital. When he woke up, his mother had passed away and his girlfriend had become another man's wife; the world around him had changed significantly. However, Fang Zheng unexpectedly won the heart of nurse Oscar (played by Loletta Lee), who had lovingly cared for him during his coma. After a period of rehabilitation training, Fang Zheng found that he was almost the same as before the coma in all aspects, with the additional ability to see ghosts. Initially, this ability terrified him, but a few words from his friend A-Jie (played by Cheung Tat-ming), who was a psychiatrist before, helped him to let go of his fears. After returning to the police force, Fang Zheng took the initiative to volunteer for a serial rape and murder case involving female nurses that had gone unsolved for two years. In this time, six female nurses had been raped and murdered, most of whom were never found, with the case being opened only because one victim reported to the police station to file a complaint with Aze.
