Synopsis

In 1962, at the Bay of Nippon, the Japanese army destroyed yet another giant monster. Young paleontologist Professor Hiro Honda saved its offspring and quickly brought this mysterious red egg to a safe zone in Cincinnati, Ohio (which means 'hello' in Japanese). However, after the plane arrived, Professor Honda accidentally flushed the egg down the toilet. The egg vanished in the Ohio River, while a group of physicists were testing 'super fission' energy in a secret nuclear underground facility, SNUGI, which was a government secret nuclear facility, located 500 floors underground in Cincinnati.
