The story takes place in a contemporary military exercise area. A certain unit of our army is preparing to organize a large-scale military drill, but unexpectedly, the computer system comes under a hacker attack, which indicates that this exercise, known as exercise 07, will either be postponed or declared a failure. In this urgent moment, the information command center's Dai Tianming (played by Liu Jian) remembers his military academy graduate PhD student Fang Ying (played by Gao Lu), who is about to go abroad to attend an international information seminar. Her boyfriend Yao Li (played by Qi Ji) is ordered by Dai Tianming to intercept her mid-journey with a helicopter and bring her to the command post. Fang Ying realizes that finding the hidden hacker is no easy task, as she must force her way through the exercise 07 task terminal, and the opponent is also a master of remote control. Fang Ying uses her proactive counter-attacks to gradually initiate an attack on the hacker. Time is running out before the military drill starts; in the end, will she be able to locate this special hacker...?
