In a future world, Earth is riddled with environmental pollution, and humanity's home is in ruins and desolation. Suddenly, a meteorite crashes into Earth, bringing with it extremely powerful alien creatures, which will lead to the loss of 5.6 million lives. Humanity's fate is at stake, and Commander Li Sheng (played by Zhang Jiahui) sends an elite task force led by soldier Tai Lai (played by Louis Koo) to execute a transformation plan. However, the team is unexpectedly attacked violently, leaving only Tai Lai and the communications soldier Guang Zai (played by Wan Guo Peng) alive. Officer Tan Bing (played by Liu Jia Ling) insists on executing Plan B, while Commander Zheng Zhongsheng (played by Liu Qing Yun) opposes and calls upon an old friend, Skunk (played by Jiang Hao Wen), for support. Saving their homeland is urgent, but at the quiet urging of the communicator Xiao Lu (played by Wu Qian), Tai Lai discovers a malicious conspiracy capable of destroying the world...
