This drama is adapted from a novel of the same name, telling the story of Cha Shi and Xiong Ma, who, while recording a program, encounter the assassination of a tycoon. They want to personally track down the killer but end up with no results, as there is no weapon at the scene and all three suspects have alibis. Therefore, in desperation, they can only ask Shi Nai to secretly cover up and destroy evidence. Subsequently, Xiong Ma wants to sincerely date Shi Nai and invites her to collaborate, while Shi Nai's first love becomes a new suspect in the case, provoking Xiong Ma's jealousy and leading to an investigation that balances both professional and personal interests.
