This drama is adapted from a comic of the same name, telling the story of over 700,000 foreign residents in Tokyo today. In this 'salad bowl' metropolis where different languages, cuisines, and cultures coexist, the international investigation police officer Mari Hongda (played by Nao) with green hair and the Chinese translator Ryo Kimino (played by Ryusei Matsuda) with a tragic past, form a partnership to salvage lives in Japanese society that are on the verge of falling apart. Although their styles are different, the two have a 'gastric harmony' and will confront 'language' and 'the soul', thus opening 'Pandora's box'...
