The play is based on the glorious achievements from 2012 to 2022 and focuses on 'us' during these ten years. The plot revolves around themes such as economy, politics, culture, society, ecological civilization, national defense and military construction, and diplomacy. Through eleven segments titled 'Three Meals a Day', 'Where the Heart Is', 'Forging Swords', 'Passion', 'The Future is Here', 'Ideal Life', 'Qianhai', 'Light of the Desert', 'Bright Moon over Xiang', 'Tang Palace Night Banquet', and 'Perseverance' (arranged in chronological order), it portrays the collective image of the people in the new era, fully showcasing the magnificent achievements of socialism with Chinese characteristics under the leadership of the Communist Party of China since the 18th National Congress. It highlights the beautiful journey of the people's sense of gain, happiness, and security continuously strengthening, and sincerely celebrates the new appearance and new struggles of the people in the new era.
