As night falls, New York transforms into a city of sin, and in the corners ashamed to see the light, there exists a group of people living by their dark ways... Jason's body lies quietly at the bottom of the lake, until one day, a couple on a pleasure boat accidentally cuts the cable at the bottom of the lake, releasing electric energy that awakens Jason once more. The maniac climbs aboard, casually killing the couple. Meanwhile, a pleasure boat heading to New York is about to set sail from the dock, with the strict and severe teacher Charles (played by Peter Mark Richman) and a group of students on board heading to Manhattan. Jason sneaks onto the big ship, systematically slaughtering every isolated passenger. When the captain is also killed by Jason, the remaining people finally realize danger has arrived. They try to unite against Jason, and this trip to Manhattan turns into a true test of survival...
