Carson (played by Noah Wyle), who has been dedicated to academic research, holds 22 degrees and has almost no social experience. One day, the capital's public library extended an olive branch to him, preparing a position filled with mystery. After passing through numerous interviews, Carson finally learned the truth about the job - to protect the precious artifacts within the library that no one knows about, including the legendary Spear of Destiny. According to legend, the Spear of Destiny has the magical ability to change the world, and it is divided into three parts held by three different people, with Carson seeing one-third of it. Unfortunately, an evil brotherhood steals the Spear of Destiny, and to stop their wicked deeds, Carson and his colleague Nicole (played by Sonya Walger) embark on a treacherous and unknown treasure-hunting journey.
