The Wind and Cloud Dominates the World

The leader of the天下会 (Tianxia Society), Xiong Ba (played by Chiba Shinichi), desires to dominate the world and seeks the guidance of the diviner Ni Pusa (played by Li Yawxiang). Ni Pusa predicts his early life: "Golden scales are not merely objects in a pond; once they encounter wind and clouds, they transform into dragons." Consequently, Xiong Ba orders the search for two children to take as apprentices, ensuring their birth dates align with the prophecy, to assist him in his grand ambitions. These children are Nie Feng (played by Zheng Yijian) and Bu Jingyun (played by Guo Fuxing), but in reality, the two harbor a deep-seated enmity towards Xiong Ba. Feng, Yun, alongside their elder brother Qin Shuang and Xiong Ba's daughter Kong Ci (played by Yang Gongru), grow into adulthood, honing their martial skills and nearly dominating the martial arts world. However, their sworn enemy, the Sword Saint, leaves Xiong Ba feeling uneasy. Yet, "Success and failure both hinge on Feng and Yun," so Xiong Ba begins to use women as tools against Nie Feng and Bu Jingyun, ultimately leading to Kong Ci's death.
