Synopsis

The cold winter has arrived, and a group of young people including Daniel (played by Dean Armstrong), Kenia (played by Jennifer Pudavick), Brigitte (played by Kaitlyn Wong), and Jeanne (played by Terra Vnesa) plan to vacation in the snow-capped mountains. However, they get lost and end up in a completely unfamiliar place. A harsh blizzard is about to strike, and the group finds an abandoned building to temporarily shelter in. From the information left in the building, they learn that it once housed a sanatorium called Glenwell, meant to accommodate strange and extremely dangerous marginal individuals. Many years ago, the sanatorium experienced a horrific and bloody riot, and was ultimately abandoned. The young people sing and dance joyfully here, unaware that there are still some deformed individuals living in the building. It seems they do not welcome these uninvited guests. As night falls, a brutal slaughter begins quietly, and the young people encounter the most terrifying holiday of their lives...
