Sheriff Ben Watts (played by Bruce Willis) guards the secret of wealthy residents in a small town in Georgia. One day, three criminals take the town's famous doctor hostage, and Mayor Charles pressures the sheriff to eliminate these three criminals and wipe out all witnesses.
