Synopsis

Ishikawa Hitoshi, the director of "Gokutsuma no Koi," presents this work about a lonely middle-aged man who has given up on his dreams and a young woman suffering from a mental illness. Iwata, who gives up his career as a guitarist and quietly works as a condominium manager, takes care of Yumi, a resident who returns home drunk. Unable to push away Yumi, who suffers from bipolar disorder, Iwata abandons his job to embark on a journey with her, and once again picks up the guitar at a live house... This is the third installment of "Love Stories," a series in which six directors challenge themselves to create stimulating romance films. The film features a compelling meeting between Rina Sakurai, who showcased her intense sensual performance in "Hana to Hebi ZERO," and veteran actor Masahira Hino, focusing on the aimless fate of a couple from different generations.
