The gifted gambler Mike (played by Mirosław Błaszczak) relies on meticulous plans to navigate casinos in different identities, until an encounter with a mysterious master during one of his operations leads to enormous gambling debts and being hunted down by the casino for repayment. To find the mysterious master, he uses his connections to gather information and discovers that there is more than one mysterious figure. He decides to recruit this group of people with supernatural powers and aims to return to the casino in his own way, turning the tables and escaping the threats. The film captures the story authentically, with locations spanning across Europe to Russia, enhanced by special effects to present the mysterious world of superpower users. The gambling scenes are filmed at Azov-City on the Black Sea coast of Russia, in one of the world's top luxurious casinos. Antonio Banderas plays Gordon, a gambler who conceals his identity under that of a mysterious businessman and is far more experienced than Mike. Every step taken by Mike and his team is actually being monitored by Gordon, who seems to be the true mastermind behind whether their plan succeeds or fails.
