In Siberia, a nuclear warhead is seized by American black market arms dealer Konze (played by Val Kilmer). Colonel Jim from the U.S. quickly heads to Ecuador, where he finds the legendary top agent Mark Roper (played by Will Forte) and entrusts him with solving the nuclear crisis. Ten years ago, Mark had a personal vendetta against Konze, so he decides to return to the field. He assembles his dream team, but due to carelessness, he causes the deaths of all his teammates. To avoid mission cancellation, the arrogant Mark has no choice but to humbly beg the rookie agent Pabo (played by Ryan Phillippe), whom he looks down on, to team up with him. Along with his friend Vicky (played by Kristen Wiig), Mark finally puts together a three-person team to launch an attack on Konze. With Mark’s chaotic and reckless style, he nearly ruins the entire mission, leading to his quick dismissal by Colonel Jim, but that doesn't stop Mark’s ambition to save the nuclear warhead aimed at the people of Washington...
