 Synopsis
Due to being separated from his mother during childhood, young Billy (played by Asher Angel) has been shuffled through multiple families but is determined to return to his mom. When he finds himself once again in a large family of foster siblings, he inadvertently enters a mysterious realm and becomes the heir to an ancient wizard. When he shouts 'Shazam,' he instantly transforms into the superhero Shazam (played by Zachary Levi) with the strong body of an adult. Billy is thrilled and shares this joy with his new brother—Freddy (played by Jack Dylan Grazer), who has a leg disability. Together, they upload videos showcasing various superpowers online, spreading their fame far and wide. However, the scheming Dr. Thaddeus Sivana (played by Mark Strong) comes looking for them. As a child, Sivana had missed out on the identity of Shazam and, having been looked down upon by his father and brothers, made a pact with demons representing the seven deadly sins. He seeks to destroy the one he both desires and loathes: Shazam.
