Shaolin Soccer

Twenty years ago, Ming Feng (played by Ng Man-tat) was known as the 'Golden Right Foot,' but after being set up by his senior brother Qiang Xiong in a match, he broke his right foot and his reputation was ruined. By chance, he met Xing (played by Stephen Chow), who had amazing kicking power, and persuaded him to practice soccer to participate in the upcoming National Super Cup Football Championship. Xing gathered a group of his former Shaolin brothers who had trained together in martial arts, awakening their potential fighting spirit that had been worn down by a mundane life. After training, they became the renowned 'Shaolin Team.' A-Mei (played by Zhao Wei) made buns using Tai Chi skills, which greatly impressed Xing and turned them into friends. However, A-Mei was not only a friend to Xing; she felt insecure about her looks and was too shy to express her feelings due to her perceived ugliness. The 'Shaolin Team' achieved victory after victory in the National Super Cup Football Championship, reaching the finals, where they unexpectedly faced the 'Devil Team' led by Qiang Xiong (played by Joseph Koo). Just like twenty years ago, Qiang Xiong resorted to dirty tricks, causing the 'Shaolin Team' to struggle. At a crucial moment, A-Mei appeared.
