Molly needs funds to finance her new business idea, but her father's company is facing the threat of losing its mortgage redemption rights. Molly's only option is to sell her mother's old house in Mint Valley, which she inherited after her mother's passing. Holly can no longer go to Hawaii as planned and instead needs to go to Mint Valley to oversee the sale of the house. The house is currently rented by her mother's best friend, her son Noah, and his niece Gracie. They run a mint plantation, which has been struggling since their biggest buyer went bankrupt. Now, Molly faces a tricky task: to sell the house and evict them. On top of that, due to bad weather, she is forced to live with them. Is there any way to resolve everyone's predicament?
