A beautiful woman in a kimono, Kinuta Sakae (played by Chizuru Kirie), is searching for a dentist. A young man on a motorcycle, Tainoshirabe Shinkichi (played by Kenji Tsurumizu), points the way for Sakae and takes her to the hospital. The dentist, Yabukuro Chieko (played by Kyoko Aizome), is a very glamorous woman. After giving Sakae an injection of anesthetic, she removes her white coat, revealing her sexy and alluring appearance. In a semi-conscious state, Sakae embarks on a ghostly and strange fantastical journey. This film is adapted from the eponymous work of Japan's erotic novelist Junichiro Tanizaki and is the second installment in Teiichi Wazumi's 'Daydream' series.
