Cass, Dodge, and Iris are three friends in need. Cass's father is nearly killed by the mob due to his high gambling debts, and he urgently needs to raise money to pay them off. The black boy Dodge and the white girl Iris are a couple, and Iris is pregnant; they must plan for their future. In order to get money, the three meet at a party held at Dodge's house to work as waiters, but their real intention is to steal from others amid the chaos. Upon arriving at the Dawson estate, they faintly sense something strange about the people there, especially Elliot, the son of the Dawson family, who gives a chilling first impression.
