Private detective Meng Bo (Jackie Chan) and the sister of his deceased partner, Hui Xiang (Joey Wong), have just finished discussing a plan with newspaper tycoon Jin Cun to find his missing daughter, Qing Zi (Kumiko Goto). Suddenly, they see Qing Zi and several skateboarding boys weaving through the streets. After a wild chase, Qing Zi disappears. Hui Xiang initially planned to host a birthday dance for Meng Bo at his home, but upon pushing the door open, she finds seven beautiful women waiting anxiously. In anger, Hui Xiang declares that she will go to the gambling ship 'Fuguihao' with her cousin, Bigfoot (Shan Liwen), to advance their honeymoon. Meng Bo rushes to the dock to explain to Hui Xiang, but he can't find her anywhere. At this moment, 'Fuguihao' is about to set sail, and Meng Bo boards the ship among the crowd of tourists. Qing Zi, along with Hong Kong police officer Ya Zi (Ching Siu-Tung), who is dressed as a sexy woman, is also on board. With three women involved, and not to mention Meng Bo's combative and flirtatious nature, the situation promises to be quite a spectacle.
